Concord officials announced a second one million dollar expansion at the General Radio plant off Baker Avenue with Edmund J. Rappoli Co. as contractor. The project adds 80,000 square feet behind the current 72,000 square foot facility and will bring total employment to about 400 as work starts in March and completes by December.
