An Apple Marketing Institute was held at Odd Fellows Hall West Acton on Wednesday February 7 under Nashoba Fruit Producers association and Middlesex County Farm Bureau. Town groups host dances and food sale events this week
The Bedford PTA and town clubs stage dances with live orchestras at the Town Hall. A Bedford Chapter O E A holds a Friday afternoon food sale from 2 to 4 pm. The Middlesex Farm Bureau screens pictures, and the Florence Crittenden League member Miss Margaret Pierson speaks on recreation. An old fashioned dance is planned next week with two step and square dances. The Anthony Hunt Hamilton American Legion post hosts a Tuesday dance with Morey’s Orchestra. The Bedford Firemen plan a lampooned Easter event with Clark’s Orchestra providing music.
