Library trustees face loss of dog tax rebate funds
Town Treasurer George H. Gutteridge received a $299.25 dog tax rebate from the county on Tuesday night for library purposes. With year end books closed and bylaws wiping out department balances, the library trustees will lose much of their financial support unless an arrangement is made.
