Concord veteran Thomas Joseph, 75, longtime resident and community figure, dies at home after a short illness. A native of Tramore, Tréland, he was a charter member of Concord Council Knights of Columbus and Shars parish, noted for a fine singing voice and service to Bishop Cheveciis Assembly.
