Stuart Farquharvand son Robert visited Mrs Farquhar Sunday at Massachusetts General Hospital where she is receiving treatment. Harland Lawrence is the new clerk at Concord Junction Public Market having entered their employ the past week. Concord Lodge No 212 I O O F will work the initiatory degree on a class of six candidates at the regular meeting Thursday evening and six more next Thursday.

A group of young church members attended the Christian Endeavor convention in West Acton on Friday evening. The following Monday, March 28, the community house party led by Allan Frost and the Manson brothers featured whist, dancing, and piano by Wilbur Fiske. Ice cream and cake were served.

Concord Massachusetts horses cows and farm implements will be sold at auction on Thursday April 14 beginning at 9 in the fore noon. The sale features seventeen Holstein cows many raised on the farm and two fresh cows recent weeks plus four Holstein heifers and a large assortment of hay tools wagons harnesses and farm machinery. Maynard James Sexton of Orange, a former resident, spent several days visiting relatives here after his wife died in late March. George H. Gutteridge served on the resolutions committee at a Massachusetts Retail Jewelers convention in Boston. Miss Ethel May Brown and George H. Pasha were wed at the Congregational church parsonage with Rev E N Atiyeh officiating. About 12,000 Easter sale tickets reportedly released for local affairs. The Board of Selectmen planned a first aid HQ at the Assessor's offices in Riverside block for the 50th anniversary.
