Survived by two daughters and nine grandchildren. late wife died in 1942.

W. Par Son Parke son of Mr and Mrs Robert W Parke of 11 Bed Court Concord married Monday morning at Sacred Heart Church Nupital mass observed vows after a wedding trip through Vermont and New York. The groom is a Concord High School graduate and former World War II Army veteran now employed in local tax office. The couple plans to reside in Concord.

Marine Staff Sergeant Chesley Whitten 20 son of Mr and Mrs Chesley Whitten of 16 Upland Read West Concord has returned from the Pacific where he served with a squadron based in Hawaii and the Marianas Islands. He endured shelling while in the Marianas but escaped injury.
Concord and West Concord churches held Easter Sunday services with sunrise prayers at 5 30 atop Amursonac hill led by Rev Dr Richard M Cameron. Parish gatherings included breakfast hosts Mrs Richard A Jackson and Mrs Harry ores er and Easter music at Pare and Our Lady churches.
