The East Tennessee and Western North Carolina Railroad Company schedules its stockholders meeting in Johnson City on September 12 at noon to elect directors and conduct business. In the Chancery Court at Johnson City a nonresident defendant, Thomas Henderson, must appear by September 1 or face a bill taken as confessed, with four weeks of publication in The Comet starting July 31 1917.
The Comet will publish four weekly notices in Johnson City Tennessee to inform non-resident defendant Robert Eaton to appear at the Johnson City court on the third Monday of October 1917.
