The Comet reports contractors for the Three O's line working from the Unicoi county line in four to six mile sections. Wm Kenefick of Kansas City holds the largest fifty mile block from Minneapolis south. Gold oversees treaties and cattle guards. other firms handle grading and masonry. Camp preparations and stock and tool shipments arrive as crews push ahead.
