Why The Pig Laughed At A Fire Scene Whimsical Theft Tale
A fire damaged a dwelling on Third street and a group from Pohickes carried away much furniture. An old man received a battered spring bed as a gift and later the donor mocked his attempt to repair it. A pig pen front appeared, as the tale shifts to further comic mischief and a chase for remaining springs and items.
