Nashville June 14 Chancellor Allison today ruled on injunctions between the state board of elections and the new board appointed under the 1900 act. He found the 1909 amendment constitutional overall though doubting the validity of the new board’s election by the general assembly. If any illegalities exist the secretary of state comptroller and treasurer election validates the new board. Temporary injunction denied. The decision followed a week of consideration after a heated legal contest. Infants and children require a gentle laxative.
