AH Hoss Haas Dies After Illness in Johnson City
A. H. Haas died at his Johnson City home after months of kidney trouble. He was about years old, a longtime resident and respected citizen. Funeral services were held at his residence Friday afternoon conducted by Rev. A. N. Jackson. A lawn fete and bazaar for the Episcopal Church is planned at Mrs. W. P. Harris's home Thursday from 5 to 10 o clock. The event features the Educated Goose exhibit, a gypsy palm reader, Mexican drawn work, corned beef and cake, with proceeds for the church building fund.
