Indemnity Company Faces Suit Over Willard Contract Claims

Mr Willard returned home and sued The Employers Indemnity Company alleging missteps to move the case from Washington county court. He says the company kept 15000 in premiums and that during ten months as their state agent he built up 0 in premiums. The court issued a default against the company with ten days to respond.
