Poundings at the Manse end in quiet after raid
Report describes a raid on the Pitt Presbyterian church area near the Manse with Mr Heridon and Mr Horndon involved. Respondents say they submitted to a medieval style pounding using bacon flour sugar and other foods as weapons. They vow to be law abiding and resist only by no more than necessary. Delinquent tax redemption deadlines loom as county court actions proceed against properties sold to force tax collection.
