In the Chancery Court at Tohnkin City Washington County Tennessee a decree in June 1808 directs a sale of land in the suit B Moon versus Sam Tate Jr Phreuant to a decree. The court settles terms and timing for the sale under the June term order.
On September 15, 1893 the decree directs sale of Lots 5 6 and T in Block 16 Carnegie Land Cos Addition to Johnson City to satisfy a decree against the defendant for 744 70 with interest from June 6 1893 and costs. Lots front 25 feet on 2nd avenue and extend 150 feet to an alley. Sale on six and twelve month credit with personal security notes and a lien on the lots until fully paid.
