Davis Family Reunion Highlights Generations and Losses
The Davis family reunion on the Leon River near Starkie Bridge brought 182 attendees over August 13 14 ending a 13 year gap since 1941. Many relatives traveled from Comanche County and beyond, sharing meals, photos, and stories while noting deaths and births since the last meeting. The group set August 20 21 1955 for the next gathering and thanked Brightman for delivering camp supplies.
