Three Fender Benders Reported by City Police
Police records show three motor vehicle collisions in recent days with no injuries. Two occurred on a Thrift Mart Foods parking lot at 1001 West Central, including a strange incident where two trucks collided after a driver left his cab. Kenneth Martin Osborn of Mullin drove a Gandy's Dairies truck. Jimmy Wilson Davis of Eastland drove a J T Gregory vehicle. A first crash happened October 14 on the lot, involving Cheryl Cooper Ogle and Ima Cook Newman. A third crash at 401 West Central on October 18 involved Carolyn Burdette and Euell Higginbotham with a Higginbothams vehicle.
