More Fish Added To Lake Eanes From State Hatchery
An additional consignment of fish arrived for Lake Eanes last week from the State Fish Hatchery at Cisco. The shipment included bass crappie and brim of various sizes. some hatchlings and larger specimens were placed in ten gallon cans. I. K. Car Flips Off Bridge Leaves Driver Hurt Near Comanche

Gold storage plant to be built by Peerless Produce Co
Work began on Wednesday to remodel the Pinkard Building for a modern cold storage plant to be built by Peerless Produce Co. The 24 by 24 facility will handle a car of dressed poultry at a time and include hardening for ice cream and sweet milk. A pasteurizer is planned with spring arrival. Mr Cox, manager, says turkeys will be dressed at the local plant this season once vaults are completed.
