Multiple fatalities in two-vehicle crash near Palo Pinto County
A collision between a service road vehicle driven by Ruth Yates Steel and a northbound car driven by Paul E. Eisen near U.S. 281 and Interstate 20 in Palo Pinto County killed Mrs Charity Yates and Mrs Ruth Yates Steel. Eisen was listed in critical condition. Funeral services were held for Yates and Steel, with extended families noted in Comanche, Boyd, and nearby towns.
