Comanche Celebrates as Retirement Haven Draws Many

The community highlights include a Bi-District game generating nearly $2,500 checks for Granbury and Brady, and strong volunteer support from Jaycees Lions Club and local groups. Deer hunting excitement rises with a 10 point buck reported near Sipe Springs, while safety notes warn about rising motorcycle fatalities and heart attack risks among hunters. Comancheans respond generously to Captain Ward's gift drive.
