Comanche County Fall Fair Draws Crowd of 4000

An estimated 4,000 attended Comanche County’s Annual Fall Fair held at the Junior Livestock Barn over three nights. Highlights included 2,500 Friday attendees for Johnny Duncan, Miss Central Texas Country Fair crowned on opening night, large art shows with 9S entries, a record pageant with 30 girls, and the pecan and peanut shows. Volunteers from FFA FHA 4H and the Comanche Volunteer Fire Department organized booths, parking, lighting, and safe grounds, with proceeds supporting the exchange trip to Tennessee.
