Sears Swine Program Awards Five 4-H Gifts
The Sears Rogbuck Foundation Swine Program began for 1968 69 with five repiged gifts to Newbury 4-H club members on Tuesday May 21 Gina Riewe Terry Schul Shannen Seay and Terry Seay receive gifts to develop and show at a September county show to select a gilt for the regional Athene show against Brown Callahan Eastland and Taylor Counties They will later return a litter gift in early 1969 and then present another gift next year returnees include Charlotte Burns Calvin Ross and Jeannie Wyatt Sammy Carroll did not raise a registered pig Angelia Wyatt had the boat this year.
