Comanche County farmers Hugh OBrien Jr and Cecil Fisher testified at a Waco hearing before the House Agriculture Committee urging a four provision long range farm program. Sue Hicks a 17 year old Comanche High School senior and daughter of Mr and Mrs Charlie Hicks receives an $800 scholarship.
