Ordinance Prohibits Peddling Around Comanche Public Square
The city of Comanche Texas adopts an ordinance banning peddling and selling of merchandise including patent medicine nostrum produce and related items on the public square and within one block of it. Exemptions apply to those selling only items they themselves raised within the inside traffic lane between 7 AM and 9 PM excluding Sundays.
