The Comanche Lions Club meeting featured Superintendent E. H. Fletcher and principals Troy Norris and Glen Morgan outlining district changes. They noted 20 new faculty, 4 to 5 more, and 18 to 20 credit requirements for graduation next year. The 1963 Arrow head will be dedicated to Fletcher. The column praises club programs, honors retiring president Bill Clemons, and discusses school system improvements including math teaching changes and a shift to 20 unit graduation. It also covers A&M College going co-educational and related Texas higher education notes.
