Mrs N A B Robertson sues Elmer Hupp Ebner Hupp and D B Daff in Comanche County District Court No 4651 alleging the defendants misrepresented their oil and gas development plans to induce lease of land in section 45 East Texas Railroad Company survey Comanche County Texas.
