M Cesby sues L W Young Jr in Comanche County District Court alleging false representations by agents J R Frost and R T Jones guiding a supposed oil and gas lease. Plaintiff owned 160 acres described as Section 14 Block 1 in Comanche County. The case notes draft contract with Pennsylvania Oil Co and a deep test well plan, with demand for original lease instrument or secondary evidence. The next term requires appearance.
