Fred A Fertil and guardians sue for lease disputes and mineral rights tied to several tracts totaling about 2200 acres in Comanche County with claims to record instruments and possible termination of leases for failure to drill or pay rentals by specified dates.
The court issues a writ directing the removal of leases held as a cloud on the plaintiff's title. It calls for a sworn return showing execution and the parties’ entitlement to further relief in law or equity.
