Cotton Marketing Plan Gains State Support From Unions
Peter Radford of the Farmers Union and G B Cain of the Texas Commercial Secretaries and Business Men's Association lead a cooperative effort to improve farm product marketing. The Texas Welfare Commission backed the union plan to finance distressed cotton with 6 percent funds and urged financial interests to aid.
