Waco Texas May 28 The County Commissioners on the board of equalization fixed the assessed value of the capital stock surplus and undivided profits of Waco banks at 60 cents on the dollar. Previously banks were assessed at 80 cents. The across assessment this year was 62 2 3 cents, bankers had asked for full 60 cents compromise reached.
