Comanche County considers bonds for rural road plan
The Comanche County meeting backed a proposal to issue 900000 in bonds to finance farm to market and rural road construction. Voters must own tax base property and a two thirds majority is required for passage. The State would contribute 300000 and maintenance would span 30 years with tax implications.
