Comanche County Old Settlers Reunion Highlights
A retrospective of Comanche County Old Settlers events notes reunions dating back to the late 19th century. It recounts organizers, speakers, attendees, and activities from a 1946 Lake Banes gathering led by J. C. Wilkerson with Mrs. J. C. Wilkerson and Mrs. W. B. Cunningham presenting papers and songs, plus community support from the Lions Club and Gustine group.
