Chiltons Celebrate Golden Anniversary at Home and Church
Mr and Mrs William C Chilton marked their 50th wedding anniversary with a morning service at Central Christian Church followed by a buffet at PAR Country Club for twenty one guests. The couple received a Texas Christian University Centennial Publication gift certificate and enjoyed garden cake and punch at their home. The celebration recalled a 1923 July 1 wedding at the Kittle ranch officiated by Dr C C Klingman amid a storm and muddy roads to Fort Worth for a brief honeymoon.
