Amendments on July 16 seek more Supreme Court judges and higher governor salary

Gustine Methodist Revival Set to Begin Next Sunday

Car theft arrest in Comanche leads to jail
Willie Jackson, described as colored, was arrested by Sheriff J. T. Gilbreath at 9 p m in Comanche for stealing an automobile from Grace Reeves of Blanket. The Studebaker roadster had been seen by neighbor J C Hicks at about 5 g o clock near the Pennant filling station. Police conveyed Jackson to Brownwood after a series of conflicting statements.
