Wilhelms Celebrate 50th Wedding Anniversary

Golden anniversary observances were marked by family with a December 28 1975 reception in the Farm Bureau building featuring gold decor and antique linens. Attendees included Dr and Mrs Jack Wilhelm and numerous relatives from Texas California and Nevada.

Fire destroys Henry home in New Year blaze
The Billy Henry family residence and belongings were ruined by fires that began in a bathroom heater. CVFD responded shortly after 11 PM Wednesday and again after 3 AM Thursday. The Henrys were away at the time. Firefighters also fought several grass fires during the night.
