Comanche Chief Centennial Year Prompts County Forum
The Comanche Chief notes Centennial Year celebrations for Comanche County begin now with plans for year‑long activities in each community. It urges schools clubs and newspapers to stress county history, publish old letters, and involve residents in a grand countywide observance. It reviews population figures, economics, and geographic data from 1950 to 1955 and previews a 1956 calendar of weather and zodiac beliefs.
