Rev. W. L. Willie Skaggs 77 lifelong De Leon resident and rural Baptist minister for over 40 years died Saturday at home. Funeral 4:30 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church De Leon with burial in De Leon Cemetery. Survived by wife two sons B B Skaggs George Skaggs four daughters 25 grandchildren 19 great grandchildren.
