Sheriff’s sale to settle city judgment in Comanche County
The State of Texas Comanche County sheriff announces a sale by order of the District Court to satisfy a City of Comanche judgment for 300.89 dollars plus costs and interest. On the first Tuesday in March 1929 the sheriff will sell at the courthouse in Comanche between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM the property of H L Kight including block 47 and part of block 48 in the original townsite. The purchaser’s bid will be subject to the two year right of redemption by paying double the purchase price.
