Sheriff’s sale ordered in Comanche County Texas
The State of Texas Comanche County issues a sheriff sale to satisfy a City of Comanche judgment of 75.83 dollars plus 6 percent interest and costs. On March 5 1929 the sheriff will sell at the Comanche Court House to the highest bidder the west half of block 65 in the original town site of Comanche Texas. Proceeds to satisfy the judgment and costs with two years to redeem by paying double the purchase price. Gilbreath Sheriff Comanche County Texas February 5 1929.
