Equalization plan targets Comanche ISD renditions

State officials say Comanche School District renditions run about 16.9 percent of true value. The board of equalization must raise to roughly 27 percent, likely boosting property taxes next year. Farmers and homeowners could see higher charges but everyone would pay a similar rate. Local notices reference land values, farm parcels, and potential tax changes.
