Death of G. W. McClelland in Comanche
G W McClelland half brother of tax collector B W Speed died at his Comanche home last Friday at seven. Born in Freestone county about 42 years ago he spent much of life in Comanche and Groesbeck. He married Irene Hitt eighteen years ago and leaves three children aged twelve nine and seven. He chaired the Hitt Bull Weevil Machine Co and was a Mason and Baptist. Funeral at First Baptist Church Comanche with Rev W M Scott officiating.
