New Flour Regulations Set To Start September First
New flour rules take effect September 1. Rural shoppers may buy a two month supply at once. Purchases must include one pound of barley flour, corn meal, or corn flour for every four pounds of wheat flour. Previously the substitutes were required in equal amounts.
