Local families and reunions fill weekend in Comanche area
Mrs. G. E. LaRoque notes a busy weekend with visits from the Loyd Coker and Janes families in Colorado and Compton California. Reunions at Lake Janes Park and Comanche, plus Drennan and Scott families from Brownwood and San Antonio, highlight a community gathering period. Juried parade attendance included J. C. Preston and friends at the Peach and Melon Festival in De Leon.
