Comanche April 7 1912 editor I see in your last issue someone in the county has a dining table that is fifty years old I claim the oldest dining table in Comanche county and in the state except heirlooms I have a six leg solid walnut table bought in St Louis in spring 1832 in continuous use since then It stood in a dining room eighty years ready to do the work It has never been in any fires but was in the flood of April 17 1908 If any reader has an older table we are from Missouri and will have to be shown.
