Plaintiffs R Ayers and Annie Ayers sue G R Christmas and Adrienne Christmas and unknown heirs to cancel a contract dated September 23 1938 affecting 72 acres in Lampasas County Texas. They seek removal of the contract and the mineral lease, quiet title and costs alleging Christmas failed to perform and conveyed land to J R Ayers with no mineral rights. The case asks for law and equity relief to clear the title and settle possession.
