Proctor, and local leaders W T Loudermilk and Mayor BB Wilson.

Deputies may be appointed with set annual pay, effective December 1, 1914.
Members of the Country Club donated the old grand stand to the High School and it will be moved to the school grounds. The Athletic Association plans to obtain a fence for the grounds and may later build a warehouse, funded by private subscription to assist students in sports and activities.
