Teachers Meeting Here Monday Night
Comanche County Unit of TSTA will meet in the Junior High School Cafetorium Monday, April 8 at 7 30. Dinner will be served by Seay's Steak House to members from Gustine, De Leon, Sidney and Comanche. Fred Curry, program chairman, will present a Talent Show. Faculty members from various schools will participate. A short business session, presided over by the president James Perkins of De Leon, will conclude the evening's activities. Officers for 1968 69 will be elected at this time.

Sgt Billie Reeder to Speak at Lions Club Event

Young student Mike Stapp improving after tractor accident
Mike Stapp 18, son of Mr and Mrs Hart Stepp of Comanche, was injured when a tractor overturned at his home March 4. He is reported greatly improved at Hendrick Memorial Hospital in Abilene after surgery in Abilene. His mother thanks well wishers as Mike, an eighth grade student at Comanche Junior High, recovers and asks for ecards to be sent to him on the children's floor.
