Colville Examiner work year ends with post office ruling
The issue closes the first year’s work of the Colville Examiner as the post office department orders that newspapers cannot be mailed to subscribers in arrears for a year or more. Unpaid last year subscribers will be dropped next week unless paid or arranged, with reinstatement possible at the office.
