Sunshine Highway Plan to Span Six States and 28 Counties
The Sunshine Highway Association plans a north south route from Boundary Washington to Nogalez Arizona connecting six states passing through 28 counties and 274 towns. The route would traverse Stevens County Colville and Spokane areas before continuing to Lewiston Boise Twin Falls Las Vegas Needles and Phoenix with a total length of 2248 miles and 20 county seats.
