Old Dominion silver lead mine to reopen at Colville
The Old Dominion mine, a rich northwest silver lead deposit, has changed hands and will be opened to development within 30 days. W. H. Linney of Spokane formed Dominion Silver Lead Mining Company with $100,000 capital. operations to start with $250,000 development and modern plant installation. The mine, on Old Dominion Mountain near Colville, has produced over a million dollars in metals and encompasses 17,000 feet of workings.
