Parcel Post Rules Expanded With Higher Weight Limits
The post office announces changes to parcel post effective January first raising weight limits in zones one and two to fifty pounds and new rates for zones three through six. March sixteen will admit books to parcel post amid broader moves including discussion of penny postage and banking reform debates.
